Audrey M. Heidt

Attorney at Law

My areas of practice include estate planning, probate and estate administration, planning for long-term care needs, elder law, and guardianship and conservatorship services. I am a solo practitioner with an office in Waltham, Massachusetts.

I earned my law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and my undergraduate degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts. I am a member of multiple bar associations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Service to the community has always been a part of my personal and professional development. I take pro bono cases from the Volunteer Lawyers Project and I serve as a volunteer member of the human rights committee for Dare Family Services. I also participate in various local initiatives such as giving free presentations at local senior centers and helping in the annual Charles River Cleanup.

I offer reduced fees to clients whose household income is less than $30,000 per year. If you are in need of legal services and think that you qualify for my reduced rates, please call me to schedule a consultation.
